Haven't been able to get a really good workout since thursday. My Wii board had been acting quirky. Finally figured out what was wrong so that will be a non issue from now on. PMS has set in and I had eaten way way too much this weekend. Very disappointed in myself but I am re-committed to getting to the updated goal especially now that I understand what went wrong. Should see some improvements soon.
