Started waking in the morning which is a great way to start the day but found I need to do something at night as well to manage appetite - even a slower pace works. Only 16 more pounds to get to BMI of 34.9 and move into the low risk obsession category. Then into overweight category then into not overweight. It’s a journey!!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
