I gained some weight back while recovering from a super restrictive eating disorders, luckily I'm better now, but I still struggle with binge-eating sometimes! please stay healthy and look for help if you're getting out of control 🤗
55.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
