I really stuck to the diet today. And I walked for 1 hour. Then tonight I danced. You would think the weight would fall off, but it doesnt. I cant cut calories any lower. This is hard enough 1200. I still look at women who are small and wish I looked like that. When I got dressed to go out tonight I had such a hard time finding anything I look good in. I actually cried. I don't know why I let myself get this heavy. I just couldn't stop eating. I am trying now---I am doing the diet and exercising, but at 67 it is slow going. I weight in tomorrow at the dr. office. we will see what happends. I had my son here for 4 days, then dinner out 2 times. I really did not break the diet either time. But with my son I ate more thatn I should.
