I gained 1.4 pounds from a cheat meal from Taco Bell. Although I didn’t go over my calories. It’s probably water weight- Taco Bell or any fast food is high in sodium. Back on track today! Clean eating
77.5 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your weight can fluctuate from water gain by 3 lbs.

it's either loaded with sodium or sugar or both. that's why it taste so good. I had subway yesterday, up 1.8lbs of a a little chopped salad.. never fails. you'll bounce back tho. don't let it bother you too much.
