I started taking Benefiber this week twice a day. I've noticed much more regularity and less stomach disturbance.
120.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have not, the doctor suggested Benefiber. Does it work well?

I was wondering if you think the benefiber was better than Metamucil. Let me know how the benefiber works. I like the Metamucil.
