Now that the shoulder is feeling a bit better the weight is coming down rather quickly also. Not much change in activity level or food choices...so has to be the lack of swelling causing the improvement on the scale...

112.9 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
