tahun lalu pernah turun sampe 53kg skrg naek lagi dalam waktu 5 bulan wkwk
60 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Jgn diikutin kak soalnya prnh diet ekstrem yg dibwh 1000 kkal.. trus makanannya clean bgt.. tpi itu cuma 3 bulan aja, sisanya defisit kalori dikalori 1300 tpi makanannya ttp clean dan agak bnyk jd bisa mengenyangkan
