I had too much fatty stuff yesterday, at least that is how I feel. I tried the cream cheese pizza crust, holy crap... AMAZING.... never will I feel I need to have pizza.. it really was amazing.. so happy. Tonite we are going out for dinner.. to a pizza place, but I am having hot wings and salad.
123.3 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you Barb on planning ahead for your outing tonight. Hey can you share that recipe for the pizza crust, did you get it off pinterest, I saw one there yesterday?
