Was not eating enough protein. Feel so much better today. What a difference a day makes!

Fast day today. Gardening and housework. What a crazy life I lead. Still, the sun is shining and I feel good.

That was a very good day. I wonder if the changes I made to what I ate are making me feel so good. I have energy, no cravings (especially alcohol) and I completed a 24hr fast today. At this point in time I am eating to live. I think that's a first.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
