So today is the first day back on 16:8 after my 46 hour fast. I notice I’m one of the ketoers who HAVE to have greens in order to see results. Carnivore keto is pretty hard for me considering I only like to eat chicken or fish & beef or pork occasionally. Unless it bacon. 😋 I have to pick up some eggs and cheese today. Seems like I go through eggs a litter faster now and I buy the 60 count and it’s just me.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
