Well I guess its down but geez..come on 2 weeks and 6 lbs, arrgg
123.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 33.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It can be frustrating but at least you lost 6 pounds - way to go on that!

I know, I am so shocked that this is all, one more day and hope it goes down.. But it is what it is.. I will keep at it, as long as I keep losing , I will be ok, if I can do 6 lbs each month, I will be on the road.

It's just important not to give up because of it - I've been guilty of that too often. If it doesn't come off quickly enough, give up and eat what I want. Not this time - you will do it!
