Ada yg turun ada yg tetep lingkernya. Bb turun 0.5kg. Ini krn seminggu kmaren, 4hari males makan (padahal kalo liat piringnya penuh mulu ya?) 🤭🤭 cuma lg ga surplus aja... Nah, kmaren udah pengen naspad, tapi kata mama lusa (besok) aja. Liat hasil timbangan besok (hari ini) dl... 😆

Jd pengerem nafsu makan/jajan tapi kadang suka godain jg dgn bikin jajan hampir tiap 2hr sekali.... 😁😁
