Lightened up on the calories and got in a 2.5 mile walk yesterday. Feeling pretty comfortable eating less these days. Beginning the krill oil and the Super C22, perhaps the calcium/magnesium tonight.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
