up today - first time in a week and a half the scale went up instead of down
however I am not upset - was a hard weekend so I kind of expected issues
however my fat % has gone down 3 %!
I am so thrilled and happy I don't care about the scale
today will be a better day - I am looking forward to this week and my goal :)
