Have to admit that mentally it’s been a challenging week. Then the fluctuations in weight due to my inability to follow proper portion control isn’t helping. It’s amazing how easily we can fall back into old patterns. Now this is just me acknowledging where I’m at, not giving up. But I want to get back where I am happy with my program, and not act like I’m in maintenance. Still have 40ish to go.
