you can get right back on track and eat the healthy food. I know it makes such a difference in how we feel day to day. If I add in some sugar It just doesn't work well for me for a couple of days I feel like crap. I have been having some whole grain wheat thins about 7 crackers a day and they don't seem to be bothering me. It is just hit or miss. Especially when we have a weekend where we bring it all back into our diets. (but it was fun wasn't it)
