today was a good day. I made my breakfast a little better today with less calories and added a fruit. lunch I took out the bread made 8ozs of mixed lunch meat and only ate 5.3ozs. then for dinner I made just enough food for 3 people with mo left over. that was shrimp Ramen noodles with 7 large shrimp and mixed veggies with Alfredo sauce. boy am I completely full. did some exercises this morning worked around the house napped for 2 hours made dinner now getting ready to the yard.
