Yesterday my English tutor made a pizza for me! It was so kind of him, that I couldn't say "Thank you, but I'm on a diet". I just couldn't, cause it was one of the nicest things someone has done for me this year! And now you can see the result of pizza eating on the scales, but I am determined to work hard at the gym tonight!

I still love pizza, but I just literally scrap the toppings off. If someone makes you a pizza again you can enjoy it just remove all the toppings and toss the crust? I found pizza hard to give up, and now I can have it weekly, crust free though.
