mau gamau beberapa minggu kemarin saat berjuang melawan covid harus banyak asupan makanan. dan alhasil badan makin melar. dan ini hari ke 5 aku mulai diet lagi dari 81kg sekarang 79kg.semangat.
79 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
