I am sooo disappointed, I gained 1 lb... and I was perfect all weekend, I didn't eat one bad thing...arrrggg
124.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

well sometimes when you are working out and building muscle you gain because muscle weights more than fat so just relax and you will see they difference in the future.

I am not working out.. in induction.. and only going for walks.. I also don't lift weights because I have a shoulder injury... soo miss it. I don't think I really had anything salty... but , hoping tomorrow weight is down.thanks for the support.
