Thank you,, it blew my mind up believe me, sad thing is my consumption isnt that much different as far as carb, protein and fat grams, the cals went from 1800 regularly,, to 1500 then 1200 for a short time. Cal difference doesnt make up for the loss, 3500 cal being a lb., it wasnt water weight as no torsemide in 3 months
