Yay! 5 pound weight loss this week! that feels great!!!
70.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, I am starting to notice changes in the way my clothes are fitting which is making this finally feel real, I stepped on the scale this morning and felt elated, the first time my scale has actually been under 160 in about a year. restrictions are starting to pay off which is what is keeping me motivated!
