corona tu asli ngeselin...hampir 1 bln ngerusak diet sm workout aje..2 minggu stlh cvd,,nafas kl suruh olahraga masih engap..so far makan amburadul..tp masih mengucap syukur bb gak naik..hehehe..okey,,try to back on track again yaa...fighting💪🏻
