Pagi 53,9.Kmrn cheating day,mkn nasgor, getuk, kacang,biskuit,susu kedelai manis, bebek goreng berminyak(nasi dikit) 1600 kalori *Jln seharian.tyt bb ga naik😍bahagia bgt! 😍 Asik klo sdh lmyn pintar itung kalori😍 Jam 9 jadi 53,3 setelah bab perut kosong (3hari ga gym tapi...) 😍😍😍
