Soooo found out I either have shin splints or a stress fracture from all the running I've been doing. That's fine and all, but it sucks that the recovery takes so long to heal. Like where were these injuries when I was trying to be a lazy sack of potatoes who always looked for an excuse not to exercise? Regardless, slow progress is still progress.
