I seem to be at a stand still again. I know that is how my body works, and I need to change up something to boost it into gear again. I am going to cut my carbs back by 5. I was still loosing at 25 net, and stopped at 30, so I will go back to 25 for now. I also haven't kept up on my water. I will fix that.
My husband and I are going away for the weekend up to North Conway. I will be eating out so I will try to be careful. I can't wait to have peace and quiet in the cabin!
87.5 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
