Holy bawls! I had *ahem* a bowl movement and I decided randomly to just jump on the scale again and check my weight and I WEIGHED LESS WITH ALL MY CLOTHES ON THAN I DID AN HOUR AGO!! So took all my clothes off again and did an official weigh in. I was so shocked! More than a lb gone. I am finally under 280lbs!
BEYOND HAPPY right now! I know its likely to go back up a bit tomorrow but for now I'm in the 270's

had an e.r. patient here years back with severe constipation. ended up admitted after hours of work and multiple laxatives & enemas. when things finally let go, they lost over 12 lbs in less than 5 minutes. absolutely amazing.

My goodness Tim, I'd like to say that it'd be worth the constipation for a 12lb loss but I don't think I could, About a month ago I was suffering constipation for 2 weeks and it was very painful. Even to walk I was in agony, thank god it passed, been pretty much roses ever since. I'm just happy with 1lb off :)
