so this is my new rock bottom, i just took a look at my statistics and my little detour set me back 6 weeks. i feel awful.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Ok..So you messed up. Dont beat yourself up get back on track. I done the beating yourself up thing and all it does is make me want to eat and mess up even more. Get back on track you have came a long way already! Dont give up now!
