Not thrilled with the 1 pound gain, but I love this app! I thought I did good this week with my meals. I was a bit confused this morning, not only didn't I lose weight I gained.... Here's were the love comes in. I went to reports: calories ✔ macros ✔ both on point! nutrients?.... BINGO, my sodium is off the charts. Soooo, dial my sodium intake back (a lot!) this week and move on 😊. Have a healthy week everyone!💪🍎🥦🥬💪
