Weight loss this week. So thankful as I had gained last week. I used the treadmill four times this week. My lower back is sore, but I finished my third week of my challenge.

I took the good advice of a buddy and plated some Cheetos. It slowed me down and made me look at a portion size. Normally, I would sit on the couch and eat half a bag.
73.6 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
