The weight is coming off, slowly, but I'm okay with that, cause at least it's coming off again. However I must remain vigilant, to eat right, and make sure things don't get boring. :-)
148.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
