Another 1/2 pound lost. Where did it go? Perhaps it was the salad and the salad and the salad. I definitely had less than 1,500 kcal yesterday and it showed this morning. Now if tomorrow will be the same, I hope, I hope. Anyway today was a good day, crunch granola with skim milk for breakfast, ham and swiss cheese for lunch, and a wonderful pepper soup with minute rice for dinner, total intake somewhere around 1,400 kcal. Today I started the Brazen Fit 24 Day Ab Challenge, maintained my <1,500 daily kcal challenge, today was day 27 of 28 day "The Magic" challenge, tomorrow's the 28th and then I begin a 14 day "The Power" challenge. I will continue my 8x8 water challenge throughout March. For those that might be interested, I'm doing both diet and exercise for my body, but I'm also doing something else for my mental self.
