Woo hoo! Down a tad today! 💃💃 I was excited and surprised to see this drop. I was eating within my limits but still didn’t expect to see it. I’m not complaining just truly surprised! I did get in my exercise and tried to up my water. I need to measure my water in a pitcher as I lose track. 😊
