WAHHHHH! I'M BLOWING IT!

Freak out over, back to work :D

I think snacking was my downfall for the latter part of this week, after loosing 3+lbs at the beginning of the week, I got cocky and thought I was invincible for a minute. Won't be making that mistake again. Constantly learning what I can and can't handle any more.

My first challenge starts tomorrow, I'm beyond excited. I feel like being able to "lose the most" in the allotted time will make me more dedicated, nothing gives me motivation like competing.
