Whew. I’m finally getting down in the low 144s again.
Yesterday I did some car maintenance and ate lightly during the day - some cheese and summer sausage. Wife got us each a Taco Bell steak salad and a cheese quesadilla for dinner. I ate about 1/3 of the quesadilla. The steak salad was good, and I left most of its rice in the bowl.
