I had to change my start weight, found my scale to be off by 2 pounds, so my actual start weight was 162, I have however weighed myself on a more accurate scale and found that I am down 2 pounds... I am very motivated by this site to actually be able to count my calories and have my food journal handy is great. I have seen a change which I haven't been able to see in a while...the scale going down instead of up! I have been having a somewhat withdrawal from all my sugar intake before this site came into play but the numbers don't lie! yesterday I maintained my goal of cutting sugar out of my coffee... today should be a breeze!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
