Well, I declare! I’m down a tad! 💃💃 Woo hoo! My son made smoothies for lunch yesterday. It was an 18 ounce container and my hubby had 14 ounces and I took 4 ounces. I had to guess my calories as he didn’t measure but it was healthy ingredients and tasted great! Best of all, enjoyed time with my granddaughter! 💞
