Happy to have passed on the Mint Oreo Blizzard last night. I did have a bowl of frozen yogurt at home however. No exercise yesterday other than work.
86.7 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
