Well was on vacation and celebrating my birthday and NOW weigh 149! Yikes I have been eating too many calories. My downfall has been adding some sugar, not staying with in the hours I usually eat 2-7 and eating too much fat especially craving peanut butter and nuts. So I know the failures so just working my way back.
Very nervous to get all the weigh off at the beginning f menepause and I know after that time its really hard to lose weight
