Day1️⃣6️⃣. Yay, booty barre is done and feeling good. Today's affirmation is I am creative! I used to think that I am not creative at all, but my advisor convinced me otherwise. I probably have my own way lol. For instance I like to have a roadmap, I like to have an outline, I like to have clarity and my love for cross-stitching is evident of this. I want to develop that other side of creativity, create in unknown, without a plan or map, go deeper into my subconcious! Isn't it cool? And btw, if we are create and we are so engaged, it also helps with decreasing the role of food in our life 💕💕
