I'm new here! I've lost 52 pounds on another weight loss plan since 2019 but found myself not losing anymore I was gaining and losing the same 2 pounds for a while then I've gained 9 pounds and haven't really budged that much I decided on the other plan I was doing I wasn't getting enough calories and because I have food allergies and not able to work out I would try counting calories. So I have a question for everyone do you eat the exact amount of Calories this App said you should consume? I haven't eaten that amount of calories on the other program I was on so I thought maybe I was in starvation mode with the other plan. Thank you for any help!
