:( I was a bad girl yesterday, and didn't fulfill the terms of the diet :( I visited my mum that follow the same diet, but her fridge was empty, apart from eggs, that I had for breakfast. And when she returned from the supermarket at the middle of day, it turned out she had bought only food for herself, and had some snacks outside. The house was smelling of backed chicken, and I was hungry, so I ate up a slice of white bread with two slices of cheese - all that is prohibited. Today you can see the results :(
