After a tough couple of days I am finally down! YESSS! I was so beyond tired yesterday that I fell asleep at 6pm and didnt wake up until 10am this morning. My body just needed rest! Feel fabulous this morning, ready for the day :) Hope everyone else is having a good morning!
129.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you :D, just woke up early on a Sunday morning to do an hour long workout- commitment! LOL I'm off to make myself a banana/flaxseed smoothie! Enjoy your day! :D
