Keto every day! Yesterday I had a very small dinner - I ran out of time before we had to leave the house. So we both had a major snack around 9:30 pm after we got home. It all was Keto and I’m sure my intake macros were good. It’s a case of my overnight mini-fast starting about four hours later than normal.
