I am so grateful, I got my period back after 6 days late!! Apparently, my current weight doesn't sustain my cycle anymore. I've been lifting in the past 2 months. Ngl, I've started seeing some tiny muscles here and there but as my muscles increased and my fat decreased, my body didn't have enough fat to cycle even though I'm in the healthy BMI range. So, yah, seemingly women need some fat to cycle.
45.9 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Interesting as my periods are all over the place too, I put it down to perimenopause as I’m 52 but maybe it’s diet instead 🤣

Yes, true, dieting and exercising do affect period. I'm 30 and I've missed it twice already since I started. I'm still learning to balance those two, yet I still miscalculate it. I didn't expect anything at first except for the health benefits but after months, my skin is definitely thighter. On top of that, my cellulite, a problem that I've had entire of my life, is definitely less than before! I dare to say I look better now than I was in my 20s. It's uplifting and game changing! I am glad that you are lifing too, it's definitely worth it!!!
