BB naik dkit..masih setia sama maen beban n atur asupan protein..sperti nya otot diseluruh tubuh mulai kebentuk..masih bingung mo stop di BB brp..cm lg pgn bentuk otot aja supaya lbh berisi...yaa resiko nya pasti BB stuck atau malah naek dkit...😁
