Actually this is my weight for yesterday (Wednesday, February 19). This is my official weight at TOPS and I will be only weighing on Wednesdays now while I am using their program.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
