Still hanging in at 177. I’m not too worried - my inches are still going down and I’m seeing more muscle definition in my quads, back, and under arms. Plus I’m still adjusting to my new job so, I’m going to cut myself some slack.
Today though, a zoo trip and gf burgers afterwards! 😋
