Day5️⃣. Yay! i made it all through all 5 Barre blend sessions and so-so grateful that nothing interrupted me! Todays affirmation is I am grounded. Its not a one thing, or one value that keeps me grounded, I believe it's having all those 8 life areas in balance. Once I dont socialize much, or I dont have any spiritual practices, all other areas are also not doing great. I started it slowly, fixing my health by eating well and exercising. Once it feels like a normal part of my life, I will start building on other neglected areas... Hope to do some streching and yoga over the weekend, restore and keep healthy eating in spite of having guests over! Challenge is accepted! You all have a wonderful weekend! 💞
